During this time, the safety and well-being of our Guests and
staff is our highest priority. We at The Whitestone Resorts &
Cottages are closely monitoring the health and safety guidelines
from WHO and local health officials. We are taking the following precautionary
measures to ensure that we can effectively continue operations without any
disruptions:
Temperature check of all guests at the entry point.
1. Social distancing to be observed at all times - Entrance,
Reception area, Lobby, Elevators, etc.
2. Sanitization of common areas (reception, elevator, lounge)
every 6 hours.
3. Common places like swimming pool & gym to be inaccessible as
per govt guidelines.
4. Room linen will be changed once in two days or ONLY on
request.
5. All rooms/ washrooms & common areas equipped with hand
sanitizer dispenser(s).
6. House-keeping & service staff will wear masks and gloves at
all times.
7. Regular checkups of staff members
8. Every tourist must have been tested not more than 96 hours
prior to entering the State of H.P. and carry COVID TEST CERTIFICATE ( Trunaat/
CB Naat Test in alternative to RT-PCR test based report) issued by ICMR
authorized/ certified lab with negative report.
9. Must have downloaded Arogya Setu App
10. Tourists must have confirmed booking for atleast 2 days in
registered hotel in Himachal Pradesh. The proof of booking needs to be shown at
entry point of the State.
